Our November red from the Curtis Stone Collaboration is bold, powerful, and full of character. On the palate, it bursts with flavors of blackberry, blueberry, pepper, herbs, and a touch of vanilla. While many wines in this style are classic GSM blends—Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre—this particular wine is technically more of an SMG based on the percentages. The blend comes from the Limestone Coast of Australia and is composed of 70% Shiraz, 20% Malbec, and 10% Grenache. Each grape contributes a different element: Shiraz gives bold fruit and spice, Malbec adds depth and richness, and Grenache brings a touch of brightness and elegance, resulting in a complex and harmonious wine.
