Lux Sauvignon Blanc is Sauvignon Blanc reimagined—bright and vibrant, yet undeniably luxurious. Hand harvested before sunrise to preserve its fresh acidity and expressive aromatics, this wine captures the perfect balance of ripe fruit and refreshing energy. Classic Sauvignon Blanc flavors shine with vibrant grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, green apple, and Meyer lemon, while an elegant tropical lift reveals notes of guava and passion fruit. A silky texture and long, polished finish make this a Sauvignon Blanc with both freshness and sophistication. Pair it with butter-poached lobster, seared scallops, or herb-roasted chicken with a creamy citrus sauce.  

Crafted from exceptional California vineyards, Lux Sauvignon Blanc is made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc (72%) with a touch of Semillon (2%), a classic pairing that adds richness and depth while preserving the variety's vibrant character. Nearly 26% of the blend comes from Sauvignon Musqué, an aromatic Sauvignon Blanc clone prized for its lifted floral notes and tropical fruit expression. The grapes are hand-harvested between 4:00 and 6:00 a.m., before the day's warmth arrives, preserving the bright acidity and freshness that define the wine. Warm sunny days encourage full-flavored development, while cool nights maintain the wine's lively balance. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc that is layered, textured, and far more complex than the style is traditionally known for.  

Much of Lux Sauvignon Blanc's luxurious texture comes from careful aging after fermentation. The wine spends four to five months on its fine lees, allowing the yeast to gradually build richness, body, and a creamy mouthfeel while maintaining remarkable freshness. The wine is partially aged in neutral barrels, that is, barrels that have been used so many times that no oak flavor is imparted. This gives the wine softness and richness from gentle oxidation. Combined with the vibrant fruit of Sauvignon Musqué and the richness of Semillon, the result is a Sauvignon Blanc that is both brilliantly fresh and unmistakably Lux.
