Los Caballeros is a masterful blend of 48% Malbec, 35% Merlot, and 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing the best qualities of all three grapes. The Malbec provides the wine’s bold structure, with deep flavors of blackberry and plum and a touch of violet aromatics. The Merlot adds softness and balance, contributing notes of red cherry, blueberry, and a velvety texture that rounds out the wine. The Cabernet brings in structure in the form of firm tannins and dark fruit. Together, they create a harmonious blend that is rich yet approachable, offering layers of complexity that evolve with each sip.
