Raspberry Sparkling Wine
IN THE BOTTLE
The base of the wine is our Blanc de Blanc with the addition of natural raspberry essence. Light and bright, we wanted to create a refreshing sparkling where the fruity aromas of raspberries were balanced by the lemony and light floral notes of the Blanc de Blanc base wine.

Raspberry, lemon, pink flowers, and red apple with a hint of raspberry candies. The raspberry fruit notes are perfectly in balance with flavors of lemon and red apple, creating a harmony that make this wine a versatile pairing partner at any table.
VARIETAL FACTS
Wild raspberries are found throughout the world with many different species, but, like wine grapes, most commercial raspberries come from a single species. Although raspberries and blackberries are closely related, the main difference is that when raspberries are picked, they leave behind the internal stem, while the stem stays with a picked blackberry.
HISTORY
Flavorings in wine have a long history. Both the Romans and the Greeks were known to flavor their wines with herbs and spices like saffron, cinnamon, and flowers. These traditions live on today in classic flavored wines like vermouth and retsina (a Greek wine flavored with pine resin).
