Anniversary Magnum XVI
This wine was produced in celebration of our 16th anniversary at Cooper’s Hawk. Magnum bottles tend to age longer than their 750mL counterparts.
Ingredients/origin: Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah
Sight
This wine has a beautiful, deep brick red color with a hint of purple around the rim.
Nose
Black cherry, raspberry, plum, vanilla and baking spice aromas, lead to a palate with well-rounded and smooth tannins.
Palate
The finish is long and loaded with dark fruit and spice.
Pairing
This wine pairs well with Cooper’s Hawk Trio of Medallions, The Prime sandwich, and most rich beef dishes. This blend is crafted to be enjoyable now but will improve with aging through 2025.
