Grateful Red Wine
This November we created two wines to pair with Thanksgiving dinner: Grateful Red & Grateful White.
Thanksgiving dinner is one of the most complex combination of flavors, which is why we felt that one wine alone couldn’t possibly do it justice. The red is lighter bodied, to not overwhelm turkey, and it bursts with juicy cranberry flavors that play off the richer flavors of stuffing, gravy, and the big bird itself. A light, fruity white is perfect with Waldorf Salad, sweet potatoes, and tastes great while you are cooking.
